Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or submitting a consultation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Weston-super-Mare is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultations and prescription services to patients in Weston-super-Mare and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with UK pharmacy law and the standards set by the General Pharmaceutical Council.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services where we determine, in our clinical judgement, that treatment is not appropriate or safe for you. Our pharmacist's decision is final in all clinical matters.
All patients must complete an online medical questionnaire before any prescription is issued. Your responses are reviewed by our GPhC-registered pharmacist, who will determine whether treatment is clinically appropriate.
Prescriptions are only issued following a satisfactory clinical assessment. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation. Prescriptions remain the property of the prescriber and cannot be transferred or reused without authorisation.
You must notify us immediately of any changes to your health, medication or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of service and could constitute a criminal offence.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are displayed clearly before checkout.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to stock availability and carrier performance, which are outside our direct control.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive your order, or that a safe delivery location is nominated. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been issued and your medication has been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and regulatory requirements. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If your medication arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.
Our services do not replace your GP or primary care provider. We provide a supplementary weight management service and strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any new medications you are taking.
In the event of a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department. Do not use our service for urgent or emergency medical matters.
Results from weight loss treatment vary between individuals. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
